Overview

Quincy Medical Group is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join a full‑scope women's health practice serving patients across the continuum of care, from routine gynecology and prenatal services to in‑hospital and birth‑center deliveries. This role offers a rare practice environment as one of only five birth centers in Illinois and the opportunity to work in a collaborative OB/GYN team with a goal of achieving a 1:3 call schedule.

• Full scope of practice in a comprehensive women’s health setting.

• Collaborative OB/GYN team with a defined framework for selecting the appropriate care setting and provider for each patient.
• Growing midwifery team with a path to a 1:3 call schedule.

• Provide comprehensive prenatal, obstetric, and postpartum care for patients.
• Perform deliveries, including at the birth center and hospital, following midwifery best practices.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members in a multidisciplinary OB/GYN environment.
• Participate in call rotations, working toward a 1:3 schedule as the team expands.
• Maintain high‑quality patient relationships and uphold a low‑intervention, patient‑centered approach to birth.

• Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) with current or eligible Illinois licensure.
• Commitment to full‑scope midwifery practice, including clinic and delivery settings.
