** Pay Range**$50.50 - $75.34#
** Job Description
** The Clinical Manager provides direct clinical supervision to assist in maintaining appropriate clinical standards with 24-hour accountability. Participates in development and management of the budget.
** Education
* * Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is required.
** Experience
* * 5+ years of staff nurse experience with progressive clinical management skills required1+ years of demonstrated leadership skills by functioning as a resource/charge RN for at least one year is required
** Certification & Licensure
** Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Virginia is required

National Certification by specialty organization is required within two years of hireBLS Certification (Basic Life Support) - American Heart ‘Healthcare Provider’ (HCP) - AHA approved is required.
New hires must have American Heart Association (AHA) appropriate certification prior to completion of orientation.
