Overview
We are seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate care in a skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities- Administering medications and treatments accurately
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support resident well-being
- Monitoring vital signs, wound care, and providing emotional support
- Collecting medical samples, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to policies and standards
- Supporting staff coaching and ensuring resident comfort
- Current LPN license in Virginia
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude, reliability, strong clinical judgment
- Experience in long-term care preferred; new grads encouraged to apply
