Pay Range: $17.75 – $23.75 per hour (with final offer reflecting the candidate's demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background.)

What You’ll Do
  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor and record vital signs
  • Support safe mobility and transfers
  • Prepare and serve meals according to individual needs
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, and team members
  • Observe and promptly report any changes in residents’ conditions
What We’re Looking For
  • Active CNA certification in Virginia in good standing
  • Genuine passion for providing compassionate, resident-focused care
  • Strong teamwork skills and a positive, professional attitude
  • Commitment to a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment
  • Dependable, patient, and physically able to assist with transfers
