American Traveler is hiring an experienced OR RN for a 13-week travel assignment requiring 2+ years of OR experience and Epic proficiency.

• bed hospital surgical services department with a 495-bed facility
• Specialty experience needed in Robotics, General, Trauma, Ortho, Vascular, Gyn, Urology, Bariatrics, and Thoracic surgery
• Schedule consists of 4x10-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM
• 36 guaranteed weekly hours
• On-call requirement of 6-8 calls per month, which may include weekends
• No floating required
• EMR system used is Epic

• Active RN license (VA State or Compact)
• Current AHA-issued BLS and ACLS certifications, not expiring within 30 days of start
• Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must provide US SSN for consideration;
  Canadian SIN not accepted
• No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months

• Provide perioperative nursing care across a wide range of surgical specialties
• Blue scrub color required per facility dress code policy
• Must reside more than 65 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted
• First-time travelers may be considered for this position
