Travel Nurse Source  is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Winchester, Virginia, 22601!

Travel RN – Emergency Room (Mid-Shift)

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | 3x12-Hour Mid-Shifts (3:00 PM – 3:00 AM) | Every other weekend and holiday required | One 8-hour on-call shift per 4-week schedule

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Emergency Room setting within a 495-bed facility
• Accurately document all patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Epic EMR (required)
• Respond to and manage a wide range of emergency presentations, applying clinical judgment and evidence-based practice
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, timely, and effective patient outcomes
• Adhere to facility dress code (navy blue scrubs) and all applicable policies and procedures

• Active Virginia RN License or Compact RN License
• ACLS certification (AHA only)
• BLS certification (AHA only)
• PALS certification (AHA only)
• NIHSS certification
• Minimum 2+ years of Emergency Room RN experience
• Proficiency with Epic EMR is required

• Experience in a high-acuity or high-volume emergency department environment
• Candidates open to an extended assignment of 16 weeks are preferred by the unit leadership

• Work in Winchester, VA — a vibrant city nestled in the Shenandoah Valley, just 2 hours from Washington, D.C., with access to state parks, hiking trails, wineries, breweries, and rich cultural attractions year-round
• Expected 36 hours per week in a well-established Emergency Department with no float requirements
