Overview
Job Description Retail Cook is responsible for preparing and/or building food items while providing excellent customer service and adhering to food safety, food handling and sanitation procedures.

Pay Grade Responsibilities- Prepare and build food items according to standardized recipes and directions
- Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
- Set up work stations including prep tables, service counters, hot well, stem tables, etc.
- Break down, clean and sanitize work stations
- Serve food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating customer needs
- Replenish food items and ensure products stocked to appropriate levels
- Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
- Ensure security of company assets
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Previous ExperienceFood Service Experience Preferred
Certification & LicensuresFood safety certification preferred
Qualifications- Excellent customer service skills required
- Strong communication skills required
- Attention to detail required
