Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions. This may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. Whether directing customers to store departments or merchandise, answering customer questions on product order status, handling cash management, or program compliance, these positions play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Individuals in these positions must work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, and carriers, and work productively with little or some supervision. They should be detail-oriented and have proven time-management skills. They must demonstrate a high level of integrity at all times, respond to operational concerns of all associates, and remain focused on store-specific business objectives while supporting key operational responsibilities. Specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities
  • Provide non-sales support to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers in the store lot and direct them to departments or merchandise as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and operational processes.
  • Interact with customers and vendors as required, including answering questions on product order status.
  • Support cash handling or program compliance as part of assigned responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • Detail-oriented with proven time-management skills.
  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, and carriers.
  • Ability to work with little or some supervision.
  • Customer-focused with strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in store operations or similar roles is a plus.
  • Possible titles include Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
