Customer Service Rep, Bilingual
Malloy Auto Group is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Automotive Service Cashier to support our service department. This individual will be the final point of contact for our service customers, responsible for providing a smooth and professional checkout experience. If you're detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced automotive environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Greet service customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process payments for service and repair orders accurately
- Handle cash, credit card, and check transactions
- Balance register at the end of the day and maintain accurate records
- Assist with answering service department phone calls as needed
- Communicate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely vehicle delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier counter and waiting area
- Provide administrative support to the service team when necessary
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve basic customer concerns
- Previous experience in a cashier, customer service, or administrative role (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with computers and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Reliable and punctual
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
