• Growth Focused Leadership – run the front desk of the spa, train sales associates, and work closely with spa managers to foster a client‑ and team‑focused culture.
• Member Conversion and Customer Service – lead by example, connect with clients, offer individualized sales solutions, and coach a sales team.
• Promote Health and Wellness – understand and communicate the benefits of massages and facials, and educate members and guests about services, upgrades, products, and memberships.
• Multi‑Tasking Expertise – handle or assist with administrative tasks including payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting.
