CMA's Honda of Winchester is seeking an experienced automotive sales leader to join our management team. This opportunity is designed for experienced professionals who have demonstrated success leading high-performing sales organizations and are committed to driving sustainable growth, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experiences.

Candidates with 2-5 years of automotive sales management experience will be considered for Sales Manager opportunities. Candidates with 5 or more years of automotive sales management experience may be considered for General Sales Manager opportunities. A stable and progressive employment history is required. Candidates with a pattern of frequent job changes will not be considered.

As a Sales Leader at CMA
, you will:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide coaching to improve team performance.
  • Foster a customer-focused sales culture, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the finance and service departments to streamline the sales process.
  • Manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of automotive sales management experience for Sales Manager
  • 5+ years of automotive sales management experience for General Sales Manager
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and dealership software (e.g., Dealer track, CDK, Vin Solutions).
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
