Deliver personalized service to athletes to understand shopping needs and create a world-class athlete experience and provide clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment;
Anticipates the needs of the athlete; actively drives sales through product and services recommendations and a deep understanding of athlete needs;
Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members, focusing on best practices, expectational selling skills, and key operational processes;
Serves as a go-to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity;
Promotes and drives customer participation in company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.)
