• Patrol the premises to deter and detect suspicious activity.
• Monitor CCTV systems and other security technology.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist residents, visitors, and staff as needed to ensure safety.
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate security logs.

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong observation and problem‑solving skills.
