Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control duties, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access to the location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including entrances, loading areas, and perimeter points, while observing and reporting unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
