Job Title: Maintenance Generalist II
Job Type: PRN / As/Needed
Shift: Flexible scheduling
Pay Range: $25.00–$34.25 per hour (final offer will reflect your unique skills, experience, and professional background)

- We are looking for a skilled painter and drywall finisher who takes pride in detailed, high-quality work and contributes to keeping our community well-maintained and beautiful.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Four (4) or more years of related experience in maintenance, boiler plant, and HVAC equipment
- Thorough knowledge of refrigeration, boilers, electrical, and plumbing required
- Knowledge of local codes, ordinances, and safety regulations; familiarity with supplies and equipment used in maintenance and engineering preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams a plus
- Strong troubleshooting skills and an ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Physical stamina (ability to stand for extended periods; lift up to 50 pounds)
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Make repairs to electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment as needed.
- Perform other repairs, replacements, and installations which may include drywall, plumbing, electrical, light bulbs, fixtures and ballasts, ceiling tiles, floor tiles, washer/dryer, household appliances, water tower, chiller equipment, commercial kitchen, medical equipment, fan coil units, heating units, televisions, and physical therapy equipment.
- Participate in external and internal community and equipment painting.
- Perform journeyman-level maintenance and repair work across our communities including plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning and refrigeration, facilities, and equipment.
- Perform boiler room operations and maintenance; maintain storage room maintenance.
- Conduct chemical water testing for boilers, chill water, and cooling towers.
- Perform other duties as required.
