Journeyman Electrician Project Manager

Rinvio is hiring a Journeyman Electrician Project Manager for a prevailing wage government office project in Winchester, Virginia. This is a high-visibility project role for an experienced electrical professional who can balance hands‑on electrical knowledge with project leadership, field coordination, documentation, and schedule discipline.

• Lead and coordinate electrical work on a commercial/government office project
• Work closely with field leadership, crews, subcontractors, and site stakeholders to keep the project organized and moving safely
• Review drawings, specifications, schedules, one-lines, change information, and project documentation
• Help plan manpower, materials, sequencing, and daily/weekly field priorities
• Track progress, identify issues early, and communicate clearly with the appropriate project contacts
• Support quality control, code‑compliant installation, safety expectations, and professional jobsite standards
• Assist with RFIs, punch lists, closeout items, and project documentation as needed
• Maintain a professional presence suitable for a government/public‑sector project environment

• Journeyman‑level electrical background with strong commercial project experience
• Prior electrical project management, assistant project management, foreman, or superintendent‑style experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specs, schedules, and project documents
• Strong communication, organization, field coordination, and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable supporting crews while also managing documentation, priorities, and project follow‑through
• Knowledge of NEC standards, safe work practices, and quality installation expectations
• Government, public‑sector, prevailing wage, or structured commercial project experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation to the Winchester, VA project area
• Must be dependable, safety‑minded, and able to complete any site onboarding requirements
