- Perform routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems
- Assist senior technicians on service calls and repairs
- Inspect systems and identify potential issues
- Clean, test, and ensure systems are running efficiently
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Document work accurately and keep organized records
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team player with good communication skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions
