Thorn Baker Construction require a experienced Carpenter to join a busy refurbishment project in Winchester. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established and respected construction company.
Duties:1st Fix Carpentry
- Erection of stud walls
- Installing joists
- Fitting door frames
- Installing composite flooring
2nd Fix Carpentry
- Hanging doors
- Fitting architrave
- Installing skirting boards
- Laying flooring
Additional Duties
- Installation of staircases and structural supports
- Fitting kitchen units
- Occasional plaster boarding of stud walls and ceilings
- Proven experience in both 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work
- CSCS card not required
