Position: Residential Lead HVAC Installer - *Up to $5,000 Sign On Bonus*

HVAC Installation Lead Technician

All Tech Services Inc. – Northern Virginia.

What You’ll Do
  • Install and upgrade residential HVAC systems to All Tech standards.
  • Work closely with your install team to hit timelines without sacrificing quality.
  • Ensure all work meets local codes and manufacturer requirements.
  • Educate homeowners on system operation, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Maintain clean, organized job sites and accurate job documentation.
  • Represent All Tech with professionalism, honesty, and pride.
What We Expect From You
  • 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
  • EPA Certification (required).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and field awareness.
  • High personal standards and pride in craftsmanship.
  • Professional communication and customer‑first mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawl spaces, attics, and on ladders.
  • Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
