• Install, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on commercial rooftop HVAC units, typically independently
• Get tools onto the rooftop via fixed or extension ladder
• Work at heights and lift up to 75 lbs. occasionally
• Lifting to shoulder and overhead up to 25 lbs. occasionally
• Push/pull wheeled cart up to 150 lbs.
• Climb ladder up to roof height and extend reach overhead repetitively
• Manual tandem lifting up to 125 lbs.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• HVAC trade school graduate (preferred with 3.5 GPA and excellent attendance)
• 1+ years in mechanical support role; some hands‑on HVAC experience preferred
• EPA Certification – Type I & Type II or Universal (preferred)
• NATE certification a plus
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 90 lbs
• Technical aptitude for maintenance, service, and troubleshooting
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
• Ability to complete repairs and required paperwork
• Work independently and self‑schedule
• Self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Availability for weekend and night work occasionally
• Willingness to relocate to another part of the country once training is completed
• Local travel may be required

Hourly non‑exempt role. Salary range: $36,000 – $45,000 annually. The starting salary may be influenced by geography, tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. Employees are not eligible for a bonus but earn overtime for hours beyond 40 in a week.
