Restoration Technician

SERVPRO Team Warnecki is looking for a dependable, hardworking Restoration Technician who is eager to work and ready to build a career in the restoration industry. If you enjoy hands‑on work, being part of a team, and helping people in their time of need, we want to meet you.
This is a full‑time, hourly position based out of our Winchester office.
What You’ll Do- Respond to water, fire, and mold damage emergencies
- Perform restoration services including water extraction, demolition, cleaning, and drying
- Set up and monitor drying and restoration equipment
- Drive company vehicles to and from job sites
- Maintain vehicles, tools, and job site equipment
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
- Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and professional
- Represent SERVPRO with professionalism and compassion
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
- Reliable transportation to report daily to the Winchester office
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Willingness to work on‑call shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays when needed)
- Experience in restoration, construction, or handyman work preferred but not required
- IICRC certification is a plus (we will train the right candidate)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with assistance)
- Comfortable working on ladders, in crawlspaces, attics, or confined spaces
- Ability to safely use restoration equipment and cleaning products
