Licensed Plumber

Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Plumber to start immediately for part-time work, taking on small- to mid-sized residential projects in Winchester, VA and the surrounding area. This role is with Handyman Connection of Winchester, VA, a home improvement company focused on quality work and customer service.

• Earn up to $800 to $1,000 per week depending on skills and availability

The Plumber performs and coordinates installation, repair, and service of plumbing and drainage systems in residential and light commercial settings. Candidates should have experience as a residential plumber and maintain a positive attitude.

• Install, maintain and repair existing plumbing and drainage equipment and systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications in accordance with safety and building codes
• Determine and identify appropriate materials and quantities for new and repair projects
• Evaluate customer requests, price projects, troubleshoot issues, and communicate a work order description to the customer

• Current driver's license and willingness to undergo a background check
• Own tools, vehicle, and provide good references
• Experience in remodeling or home repair trades
• Independent contractors must carry liability insurance and workers' compensation
• Plumber license is required
• Pass screening process
• Smartphone with internet access
