• Four‑day work week – Monday through Thursday, four 10‑hour shifts, giving you a three‑day weekend most weeks.

• Installing insulation and air sealing systems.
• Performing basic home repairs and weatherization improvements.
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Supporting diagnostic testing and energy‑saving improvements.
• Working closely with your crew to complete projects on schedule.
• Maintaining safe, organized job sites.
• Providing courteous, professional service to homeowners.

This role includes daily travel to job sites, occasional overnight travel (up to 25%), and occasional evening or weekend work based on project needs.

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking people who enjoy working with their hands and being part of a team. Ideal candidates have experience in one or more of the following:

• Construction
• General labor
• Carpentry
• HVAC
• Insulation
• Roofing
• Remodeling
• Home repair
• Maintenance

You’ll also need:

• A valid driver’s license.
• The ability to lift, climb ladders, work in crawl spaces, and perform physically demanding work.
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

No weatherization experience? That’s okay. If you have construction‑related experience and a desire to learn, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
