Job Description:We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter Foreman to join our team. The Carpenter Foreman will be responsible for overseeing carpentry projects, managing a team of carpenters, and ensuring that all work is completed safely, accurately, and on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of carpenters, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and training, and evaluating performance.
- Coordinate with project managers to plan and schedule carpentry work according to project timelines and requirements.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project scope and materials needed.
- Ensure that all work is completed according to quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and others to ensure smooth project coordination.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in carpentry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
- Extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA certification and other relevant certifications/licenses are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
