CJR is seeking a Teen Support Specialist to work in a trauma-informed group home setting for up to four youth. You will supervise and engage teens in activities, support emotional growth, and help build life skills such as cooking, time management, and teamwork.
The role includes crisis intervention, documentation, and coordinating transportation. The position requires a valid driver’s license and a schedule spanning 2:00 pm–10:00 am shifts with multiple overnight periods.
