Full Visibility is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer Mid-Level located in Winchester, VA or Washington, DC in a hybrid role. Candidate must possess an active Top Secret/SCI Eligibility Clearance and will be subject to Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph examinations. The position requires maintaining CI Polygraph eligibility throughout employment.

Full Visibility is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer Mid Level with a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in software quality assurance and testing. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, create automated test cases, validate software functionality, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality software solutions. This role requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, experience with software development life cycles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with development and program teams.

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in software quality assurance, software testing, or a related discipline.
• Experience developing, executing, and maintaining automated test cases and test scripts.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, defect management, and quality assurance best practices.
• Experience with configuration management, change management, and release management processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Salary range: $70K to $105K.
