Full Visibility is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer Senior located in Winchester, VA or Washington, DC and is a Hybrid Role. Candidate must possess an active Top Secret/SCI Eligibility Clearance. Individuals selected for this position will be subject to Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph examinations based on their assignment after their start date and must be able to obtain and maintain any required CI Polygraph eligibility throughout the duration of their employment.

Full Visibility is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer Senior with a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in software quality assurance and testing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test strategies, creating automated test cases, validating software functionality, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, experience with software development life cycles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with development and program teams.

• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in software quality assurance, software testing, or a related discipline.
• Experience developing, executing, and maintaining automated test cases and test scripts.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, defect management, and quality assurance best practices.
• Experience with configuration management, change management, and release management processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: local market conditions, and candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. A reasonable salary range for this position is $80K to $125K.
