• Lead and foster a “people first” culture.
• Responsible for scheduling inbound and outbound Trex-arranged freight, tracking, and awarding Railing Spot quotes, and helping to manage Railing RFP.
• Work to improve carrier performance and development by creating KPIs. Provide feedback and recommendations to the Transportation Team based on carrier performance.
• Work with ITS on any freight payment discrepancies and resolve these issues.
• Create and improve Railing reporting to share with internal Trex teams; include pick-up and transit times, customer issues, and carrier changes.
• Update the Fuel Surcharge Program weekly for all wood, over-the-road, intermodal carriers, and internal teams and JDE.
• Conduct monthly calls with Railing Carriers to discuss issues, wins, or changes.
• Cross-train and support other areas of the business as needed.

We are looking for candidates with a high school diploma and 1-3 years of transportation/logistics experience. Prior experience as a Freight Analyst is a plus.

Base Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 annually. Eligible for additional compensation via annual/sales bonus.
