CDL-A SOLO TRUCK DRIVER WANTED
Dedicated Account | Home Weekly | $1,677+/Week
Bright Flag Recruiting is hiring CDL-A Solo Drivers for a dedicated Sysco fleet based out of Front Royal, VA. This is a stable, long-term regional account with consistent freight, strong weekly pay, and reliable home time.

COMPENSATION
- Average weekly pay: $1,677
- Top weekly pay: $2,200
- Average annual pay: $87,206
- Top annual pay: $114,426
- Mileage-based pay
- Detention pay
- Safe & on-time bonus (up to 3% of mileage pay)
- Dedicated freight account
- Regional CDL-A solo driver position
- No-touch freight
- Primarily refrigerated loads
- Consistent, predictable routing
- Long-standing customer relationship (nearly 10 years)
- Most drivers home weekly
- Guaranteed home at least every other weekend (34-hour reset)
- Drivers domiciled in Front Royal, VA: home weekly
- Night driving required
- Regional lanes with structured dispatch

- Must read, write, and speak fluent English
- Strong communication and professionalism required
