• Earn $17–$24/hr on average (including tips + mileage reimbursement)
• Keep 100% of your delivery tips – paid out daily
• Short delivery zones = less wear on your car + more deliveries per hour
• Paid hourly inshop between deliveries – starting at $13.25/hr during training and $13.50+ after
• Earn a cut of pooled in-shop tips when working in the store

• Deliver orders safely, quickly, and with great customer service
• Help in-shop when not on the road – make sandwiches, take orders, and keep the restaurant clean
• Accurately follow all systems and procedures
• Represent the Jimmy John’s brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record
• Must maintain personal insurance coverage
• Must drive safely and follow all traffic laws
• Able to lift 30–40 lbs regularly, and stay active on your feet
