Axiom Staffing Group is hiring a Logistics Coordinator for a well-established manufacturing facility in Winchester! If you have experience in logistics, transportation, fleet operations, or working with drivers/carriers, this could be a great opportunity to put your experience to work.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the movement of inbound and outbound trailers.
- Process and verify inbound wood trailers.
- Record trailer weights upon arrival.
- Inspect trailers and coordinate maintenance when needed.
- Review driver paperwork and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate the daily movement of trailers to the plant.
- Monitor trailer usage and help improve fleet efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate with drivers, carriers, and internal teams.
- Follow all safety procedures and help maintain an organized fleet yard.
Hours:
7:00pm - 7:00am, 2-2-3 schedule
Pay: $21.50/hr
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-5 years of logistics, transportation, or fleet experience.
- Experience with JD Edwards or another ERP system preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
