Brake and Tire Auto Technician

Job Overview

We’re looking for Automotive Mechanics with a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive repair experience to join Carvana, the fastest‑growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history.

• Perform technician services, including routine inspections and basic maintenance.
• Conduct basic mechanical repairs for brake pads, calipers, rotors, tire installations, and wheel alignments.
• Perform light maintenance or repairs, such as changing brakes and tires.

This role may include mandatory overtime to support our commitment to delivering vehicles on time.

Entry‑level positions include training programs that accommodate skill and pay progression.

• Minimum of 1 year of professional automotive repair experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license (MVR check may apply).
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment with exposure to weather conditions.
• Use of safety equipment such as face shield or goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments.
• Passing a complete background check.
