• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) that meet students' unique learning needs.
• Provide direct instruction in accordance with students' educational goals.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, administrators, and families to support student success.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Adapt curriculum, instructional methods, and classroom materials to accommodate diverse learning needs.
• Foster a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Active Georgia Special Education teaching license/certification.
• Ability to pass required background check and drug screening.
• Previous school-based experience preferred but not required.
