River Hills Church in Winder, GA is seeking a high-energy Next Generation Pastor to lead and grow a dynamic student ministry for grades 6–12 and their parents, plus college students. You will oversee Merge, Life Groups, and Journey Groups, and you’ll connect with schools and the broader community to share the Gospel.
The role reports to the Lead Pastor and requires relational leadership, evangelism, and strong teamwork to advance the ministry and church goals in a growing community.
