Design Engineer – Full Time

Year Degree. Salary: $63,654.00 – $70,000.00. Position Type:
Full Time.

• Establish, manage and communicate project deliverables.
• Understand and comply with safety standard requirements.
• Initiate and lead design FMEAs, design reviews, and pre‑production builds with multi‑discipline development team.
• Manage the creation of internal and external design documentation including bill of materials and submittals.
• Support the collection and evaluation of product costs.
• Support the production of new and existing fan and blower coil products.
• Evaluate test data and implement appropriate actions.

• B.S in Engineering (emphasis in Mechanical or equivalent).
• Strong computer‑based skills and proficiency with 3D CAD and MS Office applications.
• Previous experience in sheet metal manufacturing or HVAC industry a plus.
• Understanding of design for manufacturability concepts.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with peers to resolve issues and implement change.
• Technical and mechanical aptitude with attention to detail.
