Client Relationship Manager
Job Summary
As the Club Manager, you will own sales performance goals and new client acquisition for your facility. You will work with each potential client to understand their background, goals, and motivations, building trust and identifying solutions that help them realize a healthier life. You will manage day‑to‑day tasks, welcome guests and members, sell memberships and training services, and lead staff to work as a cohesive unit.
This role requires excessive self‑motivation, leadership, collaboration, communication, and influence skills.
- Drive membership and training sales, qualifying, informing, inspiring, and converting leads into members.
- Promote the club by establishing relationships with local businesses and influencers, coordinating B2B marketing, engagement campaigns, and community outreach.
- Build and motivate a team, fostering a trusting, positive environment that encourages engagement.
- Execute day‑to‑day operations such as running reports and performing necessary club tasks.
- Create a culture that inspires members and guests to share positive experiences and improve their lives.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Friendly, outgoing, and warm demeanor.
- Genuine and honest communication.
- Available to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Technologically savvy.
- Self‑motivated with strong time‑management skills.
- Experience in the fitness industry is not required, but excellent communication and soft skills are essential.
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year.
