Pay Range: Starting at $105,000 per year + performance-based bonus

Charter Senior Living of Winder is seeking an experienced, passionate, and results-driven Executive Director to lead our beautiful new senior living community through its lease-up and beyond.

Lead all aspects of daily community operations, ensuring excellence in resident care, service delivery, and team culture.
Oversee sales, marketing, and occupancy goals to achieve full lease-up and sustained growth.
Manage financial performance including revenue, expense control, and profitability targets.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while upholding Charter’s mission and standards.
Build and mentor a strong, compassionate team dedicated to serving seniors with purpose and joy.
Represent Charter Senior Living in the community through outreach and partnership development.
Proven success as an Executive Director or Licensed Administrator in an Assisted Living or Memory Care setting.
Demonstrated achievement in sales growth and financial management
.Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Experience opening or leading a new community (lease-up) preferred but not required.
A true passion for serving seniors and inspiring teams to deliver excellence every day.
Competitive pay starting at $105,000 annually
