The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring that production targets are met. You will be expected to lead a team of production workers, manage production schedules, and ensure that quality standards are maintained. Your role will be critical in ensuring that our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently.

• Supervise and manage a team of production workers to ensure that production targets are met
• Develop and implement production schedules to optimize manufacturing operations
• Ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime
  
  Maintain a safe and clean working environment for all production workers

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing , Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience with production planning and scheduling software (ERP such as Titan)
• Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment

• Ability to guide and inspire people to achieve a common goal and promote individual growth
• Ability to resolve complex customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction
• Ability to focus on achieving goals and delivering high-quality outcomes
• Ability to make informed, effective, and timely decisions
