Responsibilities- Manage and supervise all activities related to production of metal products
- Create, track according to the building sites’ requests and perform according to the production plan per day, week and month
- Ensure quality and correct timing
- Ensures delivery of the necessary materials with the help of the purchasing department
- Develop and implement preventive programs to ensure equipment and infrastructure are operational and meet safety standards.
- Schedule and manage routine and emergency equipment maintenance tasks to minimize production downtime.
- Oversee workshop personnel and contractors, ensuring they are properly trained, follow safety protocols and perform according to the company’s expectations.
- Manage budgets and track expenses related to production, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or safety.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and cost savings.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts for outsourced services and then oversee relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Foster a collaborative, productive, and positive work environment.
- Ensure timely delivery of the produced goods to the warehouse or building sites
- Ensure cleanliness and order at the production workshop and the warehouse
Education:
Proficiency in Russian is a must
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Professional certifications are a plus
- Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in production and plant management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Experience of working with metal / construction.
Proven experience with budget management, vendor relations, project management, materials management.
PC literate
- Skills and Abilities:
Strong leadership, team management abilities and interpersonal skills.
Proactive approach.
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
Result-oriented.
Strong understanding of regulations, production standards, and industry-specific safety protocols.
Ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.

Pay: $ - $ PA.
