A growing food company located near Winder, GA is currently searching for a Maintenance Superintendent with at least 4 years poultry experience.
Salary range for this position is $90-100k plus 20% bonus. The company offers a good starting salary, excellent benefits, and relocation if needed.
This is a 3rd Shift position.
Qualifications & Requirements- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in food production maintenance.
- 5+ years maintenance superintendent or manager experience.
- 4+ years of experience in poultry.
- Experience with procession equipment, PLCs, electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others.
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel).
