We are seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse to support patients’ healing journeys. As the Wound Care Nurse, you will provide care, educate patients and their families on preventive measures and healthy practices, and deliver outstanding nursing care with minimal supervision. Your role (RN/LPN) will include adherence to health and safety protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality care and to enhance patients’ well-being through your nursing expertise.

• Uphold the established Standards of Nursing Practice in managing all assigned patients.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement effective wound treatment plans, and participate in performance improvement reviews and other nursing duties.

• Active LPN or RN license
