Pruitt Health @ Home is seeking a Weekday Baylor Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health to provide skilled nursing visits in patients' homes, complete assessments, start-of-care visits, and care plans while collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team.
Requires active RN license, valid driver’s license, CPR, and 1+ year of RN experience (home health or acute care preferred). A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered. Equal opportunity employer;
