We’re looking for a Senior Waiter who shares our passion for friendly, exceptional service and storytelling throughout the culinary journey.

• Leads the section with confidence, grace, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Delivers seamless, warm and personalized service that enhances the guest journey.
• Collaborates closely with the kitchen, sommeliers, and front-of-house team to create unforgettable moments.
• Maintains impeccable standards of presentation and etiquette.

• Uphold the highest standards of etiquette, presentation, and professionalism.

• Experience in Michelin-starred or fine dining environments.
• Deep understanding of food, wine, and service protocol.
• A calm, charismatic presence and a genuine love for hospitality.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Salary: from £29,250 to £31,005

Gratuities are allocated on a points basis, depending on development tiers.

Although variable, average levels are projected as being from £351 to £526 per month.
