Housekeeping Supervisor
We are seeking a detail-focused Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and support the team in delivering immaculate rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff on shift
- Conduct daily room and public area inspections
- Allocate tasks and ensure efficient shift operations
- Monitor cleaning standards and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest requests and resolve complaints where needed
- Ensure correct use of cleaning supplies and PPE
- Train new staff and support ongoing development
- Report maintenance issues and manage lost property procedures
- Support stock control and linen inventory management
