Receptionist - Senior Living $16.95/hour | PRN | St. Joseph Living Center

What You'll Do:
  • Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries
  • Manage front desk operations including visitor sign‑in, security procedures, and facility communication
  • Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and basic clerical tasks
  • Coordinate with nursing and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
What You'll Need:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Receptionist, customer service, or admin experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English
