Part-Time Faculty in Business Administration

This position is part of an ongoing recruitment process within the Department of Business Administration to develop a pool of qualified applicants. Qualified candidates will be reviewed on a rolling basis and contacted directly by the Department Chair as needs arise. This position is a semester-by-semester appointment. Courses will be taught in person on the Eastern Connecticut State University campus.

Teaching opportunities include undergraduate courses in Management, Marketing, International Business, and Sport Management.

Required Qualifications:

* MBA or terminal degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, International Business, and Sport Management from an accredited institution

* Proficiency in MS Office tools, e-mail, and the Internet, along with the ability to quickly learn new applications, including organization-wide information systems

* Commitment to the mission and vision of Eastern Connecticut State University

Preferred Qualifications

* Two or more years of experience teaching undergraduate students

* Additional certifications and professional experiences related to Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field

* Significant professional experience at the management level in a business-related field

* Experience with a wide range of teaching strategies and pedagogies
