Process Engineering Manager:
We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Process Engineering Manager to lead our Process Engineering team and elevate manufacturing performance to the next level. In this high-visibility role, you’ll directly manage and develop a team of four process engineers while driving improvements in productivity, quality, capacity, and safety
.

• Lead process engineering initiatives that improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement using data, best practices, and structured problem-solving.
• Plan, forecast, and execute projects using strong project management discipline.
• Champion a culture of safety, health, and environmental excellence.
• Recruit, coach, and develop engineering talent to build a high-performing, engaged team.
• Manage multiple complex priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Develop and maintain annual capital plans and oversee capital project execution.
• Establish and maintain process standards, procedures, and specifications to ensure consistent, high-quality output.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing, process improvement, and engineering leadership.
• A proven track record of leading projects and delivering measurable results.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for developing people.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-performance environment.
• Solid business and financial acumen with a focus on bottom-line impact.

• Approximately 70% of your time on the production floor, staying close to the work and the team.
• Exposure to hot and humid manufacturing conditions—because real leadership shows up where it matters most.
