CHR's Women’s REACH program in Willimantic (Willimantic, CT) seeks a Recovery Navigator to support pregnant and parenting women with substance use and co-occurring disorders. You will help clients set recovery goals, connect to MAT/MOUD and behavioral health resources, and coordinate with treatment teams.
The role requires lived recovery experience, relevant certifications, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to culturally informed care.
