This 36-week contract positions a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support middle school students in Willimantic, Connecticut. The role involves developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing direct therapy, and collaborating with a school-based support team. Compensation is up to $70 per hour based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:Support middle school students as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
Collaborate with a school-based support team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide direct speech therapy services to students on caseload
Support an SLP-conducive caseload with a focus on student progress and needs
Engage in team meetings, documentation, and assessments to ensure student success
Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Connecticut
ClP or equivalent certification as required
Minimum 1 year of experience in school-based settings
Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills
Must pass background check and compliance screening
Ability to support a middle school caseload effectively

You hold a Connecticut SLP license and CLP certification. You have at least one year school-based speech therapy experience. You enjoy collaborating on individualized treatment plans for middle schoolers
