Manufacturing Engineer

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering department supporting the company's growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to continuous improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:** $85,000 - $110,000

** What's the Job?*
* + Develop and implement optimal CNC programs and tooling methods to enhance manufacturing efficiency.

+ Design and refine manufacturing processes and controls to ensure quality and productivity.

+ Collaborate with Estimating and Production departments to identify opportunities for cost reduction and lead time improvement.

+ Participate in strategic planning initiatives to support company capability and capacity expansion.

+ Train personnel in CNC programming and manufacturing best practices to foster a knowledgeable team.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Process, or Manufacturing Engineering.

+ 10+ years of experience with CAD/CAM software and machine tools.

+ Extensive experience with fixture design and working with various alloys.

+ Lean Manufacturing certification and practical experience.

+ Knowledge of ISO
9001 and other Quality Management Systems, along with ERP systems and process generation.
